Tom Rodler, Owner and President
Tom Rodler has spent nearly his whole life in the landscape design and development field. At Goldberg and Rodler, he is not only President of the company; he is in charge of the sales and design department, overseeing projects and meeting with clients and professionals on a daily basis. He has an Associate Degree in Landscape Development from SUNY Cobleskill and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University. He has also taught and continues to teach classes in Landscape Design, Landscape Drafting and Landscape Construction at SUNY Farmingdale.
Tom Rodler is also a frequent lecturer at many garden clubs, Universities and Colleges, and other affiliated groups. In addition to his many commitments as an educator and businessman, he is also a former President of The Long Island Nurseryman Association, former President of the New York State Nursery and Landscape Association, and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architecture. Tom also offers his services to MADD, creating a memorial garden at SUNY Farmingdale, the design and development of the Harry Chapin Butterfly Garden in Hecksher Park, Huntington, NY, and was engaged in coordinating the design for the Vietnam Memorial on Bald Hill in Farmingdale, NY. Tom enjoys being in the outdoors; fishing throughout Long Island or walking through the woods, spending time with family and friends and enjoying our natural environment.
