We are looking a for career minded employee, with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both as a team and independently. Requirements for Candidate:
  • Manage landscape projects with the most efficient methods available
  • Manage the daily efficiency of landscape crews and subcontractors to keep projects on time, properly equipped and meeting or exceeding company and client expectations
  • Minimum 3 years project management experience
  • Advanced landscape construction knowledge
  • Organization and leadership skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Valid & clean driver’s license (CDL License is a plus)

Support the sales team with drafting, estimating and presentation materials.

WHAT YOU BRING:

A career minded positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. Responsibilities include field work/site measuring, designing and drafting landscape plans and construction details, performing materials takeoffs and estimating projects, building permit research and submissions, creating sales presentations for clients and coordinating installation of sold projects with production department. Ideally, you’ll be an organized individual, university trained in the field of Landscape Architecture (BLA or similar required), with high levels of proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. Must have good skills in site analysis and surveying, design, drafting, rendering/graphics, and writing/communication. Knowledge of construction, grading, and drainage site work is a necessity, detailed knowledge of plant and hardscape materials is preferred. Valid driver’s license required as you will be required to make visits to properties. Professional experience a plus.

WHAT YOU BRING:

A career minded positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships and sales with consistent follow up in order to maintain the rapport for years to come. Other tasks include design and estimating, managing projects under construction. field work/site measuring, construction details, permit research and submissions. Ideally, you’ll be an organized individual, university trained in the field of Landscape Architecture (BLA or similar required), with proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Must have excellent skills in site analysis and surveying, design, drafting, estimating, customer service, and writing/communication. Advanced knowledge of construction, grading, and drainage site work is a necessity, as well as detailed knowledge of plant and hardscape materials. Valid driver's license required as you will be required to make visits to properties. Five years minimum professional experience in landscape design and/or landscape contracting and sales/account management required.
