Develop and maintain client relationships and sales for all purpose of outdoor construction.


A career minded positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships and sales with consistent follow up in order to maintain the rapport for years to come. Other tasks include design and estimating, managing projects under construction. field work/site measuring, construction details, permit research and submissions.

Ideally, you’ll be an organized individual, university trained in the field of Landscape Architecture (BLA or similar required), with proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Must have excellent skills in site analysis and surveying, design, drafting, estimating, customer service, and writing/communication. Advanced knowledge of construction, grading, and drainage site work is a necessity, as well as detailed
knowledge of plant and hardscape materials. Valid driver’s license required as you will be required to make visits to properties.

Five years minimum professional experience in landscape design and/or landscape contracting and sales/account management required.
