Support the sales team with drafting, estimating and presentation materials.

WHAT YOU BRING:

A career minded positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. Responsibilities include field work/site measuring, designing and drafting landscape plans and construction details, performing materials takeoffs and estimating projects, building permit research and submissions, creating sales presentations for clients and coordinating installation of sold projects with production department.

Ideally, you’ll be an organized individual, university trained in the field of Landscape Architecture (BLA or similar required), with high levels of proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. Must have good skills in site analysis and surveying, design, drafting, rendering/graphics, and writing/communication. Knowledge of construction, grading, and drainage site work is a necessity, detailed knowledge of plant and hardscape materials is preferred. Valid driver’s license required as you will be required to make visits to properties.

Professional experience a plus.
