The design for this property is an indoor-outdoor living concept, including a new gunite pool, outdoor kitchen, screened-in porch and new landscaping. The screened in porch was constructed over new mahogany decking with a built in gas fire table. The al fresco kitchen was designed to meet the client’s outdoor living needs complete with BBQ, outdoor refrigeration, sink and garbage receptacle and storage areas were also included to make entertaining a breeze.
