









The transformation of this inaccessible overgrown property turned into an engineering marvel with extensive retaining walls and a comprehensive drainage system. The client’s goal was to achieve an entrance parking courtyard for 3 cars and comfortable accessibility up to the front door. In keeping with the traditional English style architecture, we introduced weathered brick and bluestone throughout the property. A parterre garden with a cozy sitting area was added in the side yard. The rear yard was designed as a multi-functional entertainment area with a lounging patio, gas fire pit, a large outdoor dining kitchen and a play set for children.
